ORDERING PROCESS
Add items to basket
Choose your product and add it to your order by clicking on ‘In basket’.
You can get a complete summary of the items you selected by clicking on ‘My basket’ in the top right corner of the screen.
Click on ‘Open basket’ to get an even more detailed overview.
Edit basket
In the basket itself you can always delete items or change the quantity of selected items.
You need to go back to ‘Collections’ or ‘Shop’ to add more items.
Do you want several units of the same item? You need to enter the correct figure under ‘Quantity’.
To remove an item, click on the cross above right from the item.
Once everything is correct, select ‘Checkout’.
Login or sign up
If you are already a customer, you can enter your e-mail address and password. After you click on ‘Login’, your address will be filled in automatically.
If you are a new customer, enter your e-mail address, and click on ‘Sign up’.
Enter the requested information to create your account.
Accept the General Terms & Conditions and click on ‘Send’.
If applicable, enter a gift voucher number (together with the web code) or discount code and click on ‘Checkout’.
Proceed to checkout and pay
Enter your billing- and delivery address.
The summary of your order remains visible at all times. Would you like to edit your order? Click on the basket at the top of the list, or ‘basket’ at the top right of the page.
Click ‘Next’ and select the payment method. Click on ‘Pay’. Don’t forget to accept the General Terms & Conditions.
Once payment has gone through, we will receive your order.
Order confirmation
Pomax will send you a summary of your order immediately after we receive the order.
We will send the order confirmation by e-mail when the order is accepted by Pomax and the shipment is on its way.
ORDERING FROM OUTSIDE BELGIUM
At present, orders can only be placed in Belgium and the Netherlands.
