Although our materials have a protective coating, the right care remains essential to enjoy your favourite table, cabinet, or other piece of furniture for a long time. Our reclaimed wood furniture is carefully sanded, treated with a sealer that provides protection against liquids, and finished with a matt polish that increases durability without losing its rustic character.
To remove stains caused by food, drinks and other everyday substances, simply clean the area with a wet cloth and then wipe dry with a dry cloth. Grease stains can be tackled with a little soap. Avoid using care products that contain abrasives, dyes or waxes, as these can damage the finish.
If you would like to give your furniture made of reclaimed wood a fresh coat, opt for a new coat of matt lacquer specifically for furniture. This strengthens the protection and refreshes the look of the wood.
