RETURN POLICY
Not entirely satisfied with your purchase? You can return your order by post or exchange it in one of our outlets within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
We only take products back under the following conditions:
CONDITIONS?
- You can reuse the original shipping carton if it is in good condition. If the package is the same as the shipping carton, you can also use it as a shipping carton to return the product.•
- The item must have its original labels attached or affixed to it, and have been placed back in the undamaged original packaging.
- Goods can be returned up to 14 working days from receipt.
- The item may not display evidence of use.
- If you don’t have the GLS shipping label, you will have to pay the postage for returning the goods; non-prepaid shipments or unstamped parcels will not be accepted.
You will get an e-mail from us as soon as we receive the return. We will refund you within 14 working days of receipt of your shipment.
If your item is not returned according to the above conditions, we will not accept the product. Should that happen, you will be able to collect your product in one of our outlets. It you want your item to be sent back to you by post, you will have to pre-pay shipping costs of 7.95 euros. If so, please contact our customer service.
Discounted items cannot be exchanged or returned.
HOW DO YOU RETURN AN ITEM?
Step 1: Place the unused and undamaged item back in its original packaging.
Step 2: Request a return postage label on the GLS website: http://services.gls-belgium.com/llonline/index.php?logout=shopreturn# . You will need the package ID and tracking ID for this. Stick it on the box and remove all previous shipping labels.
Step 3: Fill in this form entirely. Without this completed form, Pomax cannot process your shipment.
Step 4: Place this form in the shipping carton.
Step 5: Bring the carton to one of the GLS drop-off and collection points. You can find the closest GLS parcel point here: https://gls-group.eu/BE/vl/depot-parcelshop
Processing your return shipment may take a few days. You will get an e-mail as soon as we receive your return.
