 At the beginning of this year (2026), we asked all Pomax employees to describe ‘working at Pomax’ in 3 words. We are proud that the following terms came up most often: family-oriented, teamwork, ambition, creativity and flexibility. 

Pomax is a family business, and this is also reflected in our culture. Colleagues know each other well, and we also create together opportunities to get to know one another better (after-work drinks, team-building activities, but also enjoying time together in our kitchen or on the terrace during our lunch break). We also respect everyone’s home life and life outside the workplace and offer flexibility where the role allows it (working from home, flexible hours, etc.). 

We work together towards our ambitions. There is regular consultation within departments, but also between departments (from Design to Logistics). We have an open-door—culture and work together to find solutions.
